Select transaction from the collections list on the Dashboard.
Click the Dispute button.
Enter a description explaining the claim.
Click the browse hyperlink to select and attach relevant documents to support your claim.
*Uploading insufficient documentation will likely cause a rejection. Please be sure the supporting documents match the transaction in your claim.
Click the Submit button.
