Select Tickets from the menu on the left side of the Dashboard.
Click on +Create Ticket button located on the upper right side of the page.
Under Transaction Amount, enter the estimated transaction amount.
Click the calendar icon under Transaction Expected Date Range - the estimated dates the transaction should be ingested via Plaid.
Click Select under Reason for Non-Revenue and select a label for the transaction.
Enter a short summary of your claim in the box under Description.
Click the browse hyperlink to select and attach relevant documents to support your claim.
*Uploading insufficient documentation will likely cause a rejection. Please be sure the supporting documents match the transaction in your claim.
Click the Submit button.
The new ticket will now appear on your Tickets dashboard as Pending.
